1) Contact us via email (simbaseatrips@gmail.com) or phone to check our schedule and availability.

2) Arrive on morning of departure for your Simba Excursion and book directly from us.

Please note:

As most our guest's book in advance we cannot guarantee a place for you on arrival, but you are more than welcome to contact us when you get here to check our schedule and availability.

1) Contact us via email (simbaseatrips@gmail.com) or phone to check our schedule and availability. To do this we require your arrival date, departure date and the hotel you are (or will be) staying at.

2) We will then email you with the available dates.

3) If these offered dates are suitable and you would like to book, we will require a deposit of 1500THB per person, per trip to confirm the booking. *(Please see both the deposit and cancellation policy for further details.)

4) Once we have received your deposit, we will then confirm your booking via email.

If you are ready to book please let us know via a return email. We do require a deposit of 1,500 THB per person, per trip to confirm your booking. You can do this using PayPal (simply use simbaseatrips@gmail.com as the payment recipient). On confirmation of the deposit we will let you know the balance owed, which is payable on the day of your trip or before your departure via PayPal if you choose. Once we received your deposit we will send you a confirmation email using the information you have kindly sent us. Cost is 3,400 THB per adult and 2,200 THB per child (3-10 years) per trip.

***In the event that you are a 'no-show' on the morning of your trip, for whatever reason, the full balance of your trip is due. A driver will be sent to your hotel to pick this up.

***If you have booked a group of guests and one or more does not show on the morning of the trip, the person who booked the trip will be required to pay the full balance.
