After a long wait - Simba has had a third custom boat made, giving you the cleanest, best maintained and safest speedboat in Phuket. Our brand new boat (built late December 2011) gives us the opportunity to offer more guests a place aboard our island trips and frees up other days should you be interested in a private charter.

The new Simba III is made entirely of marine fiberglass, is 12 meters long and has two thirds under cover for shade. She is licensed to carry 22 passengers and 3 crew members, but we will only be taking an average of 13 (never more than 15) people per trip - this gives you more space to relax and feel comfortable when on one of our trips. Her 'V' shaped hull gives 'Simba III' the ability to pierce through waves smoothly and a very unique side door helps make Simba the safest boat to enter and exit when snorkeling or swimming. The shape, speed, and all around comfort of the boat makes it ideal for cruising between islands and snorkeling with ease.
Most speedboats in Phuket share the same major problem - passengers are forced to enter and exit the boat next to the propellers. With Simba's door & ladder design, you'll be able to lower yourself gently, safely and straight over the coral reefs.

Firstly and most importantly, we do not overcrowd our boat with passengers. Simba II is licensed to carry 22 passengers & Simba III is licenced to caryy 26, but we only take an average of 13 and a maximum of 15; making it an all-round better day and a more personal, friendly and fun experience. (Overcrowded, whistle stop tours are one of the biggest complaints people have here in Phuket). We hope to keep this number of customers per trip low, but we are flexible when booking Private Charters. We are a family owned and run company, not a mass market tour operator. We do not run Cattle Market Tours. There are now speed boats in Phuket that carry 100 passengers, so before you go cheap, do your homework first. Why waste a day of your holiday?
